Returns and Refund Policy

At Neetacha Spices, we stand by the quality of our products and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. In the rare event that you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process.

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Returns are accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You can return the product within 7 days of the purchase

  • How to Initiate a Return:
    To start a return, contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product showing the defect or damage. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items, such as opened spice packets, used products, or those tampered with, are not eligible for returns. We also cannot accept returns for products purchased on clearance or as part of special promotions, unless they are defective.

  • Refund Process:
    Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Your amount will be credited within 7-10 working days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account after verification.

  • Exchange Policy:
    If you prefer, we can exchange your product instead of issuing a refund. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are handled with the same care as refunds. You will receive the exchange of your products within 7-10 business days

  • Customer Responsibility:
    In cases where the return is not due to a defect or error on our part, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
